  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
  • Certain items such as software, digital products, hygiene items, or customized and made to order products are non-returnable.
  1. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are usually non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
