Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
- Certain items such as software, digital products, hygiene items, or customized and made to order products are non-returnable.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
